Are you eating well?

Our nutritional therapy sessions reinforced official UK government dietary recommendations, which outlined in the Eatwell Guide.  This research comes from the Scientific Advisory Committee on Nutrition (SACN)

  • five portions of fruit and vegetables daily
  • Meals based on starchy carbohydrates (preferably wholegrain)
  • Inclusion of beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat, and other proteins
  • Lower-fat dairy or alternatives
  • Limited foods and drinks high in fat, salt, and sugar

The therapist give 20 minute sessions to each client and advises on a nutrition plan for the future.
